1. 接受条款 / Acceptance

注册或使用 ResuMe(“简忆”),即表示你同意本服务条款与隐私政策。若你不同意,请勿使用本服务。

By registering for or using ResuMe you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. 服务说明 / The service

ResuMe 帮你把职业经历整理成个人记忆库,并按你提供的职位描述(JD)生成对口简历。本产品处于早期阶段,功能可能调整。

ResuMe helps you organize your career history into a personal memory and generates a resume tailored to a job description you provide. This is an early-stage product and features may change.

3. 账号 / Your account

你需提供有效邮箱并妥善保管账号凭据;账号下发生的活动由你负责。你应确保有资格使用本服务(如具备所在司法辖区的完全民事行为能力)。

You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be eligible to use the service (e.g. of full legal capacity in your jurisdiction).

4. 你的内容与归属 / Your content & ownership

你上传和填写的内容归你所有。为向你提供服务,你授予我们处理这些内容的必要许可(存储、解析、按你指令生成简历)。你保证对所上传内容拥有合法权利,不上传你无权使用的他人个人信息。

The content you upload and enter is yours. To provide the service you grant us the license needed to process it (store, parse and generate resumes on your instruction). You warrant that you have the right to the content you upload and will not upload personal information of others that you have no right to use.

5. 可接受使用 / Acceptable use

请如实填写你的经历,合法使用本服务;不得将本服务用于欺诈、伪造资历或任何违法用途,也不得试图访问他人数据或干扰服务运行。

Provide truthful information and use the service lawfully. Do not use it for fraud, fabricating credentials or any unlawful purpose, and do not attempt to access others’ data or disrupt the service.

6. AI 生成内容 / AI-generated content

我们的生成结果是从你自己的记忆库取材组织而成——设计上不虚构你未提供的事实。但 AI 仍可能出错或表述不当,你须在使用前自行核对准确性,并对最终提交给雇主的内容负责。

What we generate is assembled from your own memory — by design it does not invent facts you did not provide. AI can still make mistakes or phrase things poorly, so you must review for accuracy before use and are responsible for what you ultimately submit to employers.

7. 可用性与免责 / Availability & disclaimer

本服务按“现状”提供,不作任何明示或默示担保。作为早期产品,我们可能变更、暂停或中止部分功能;我们会尽力保障数据安全与可用性,但不保证服务永不中断或无差错。

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As an early product we may change, suspend or discontinue features; we work to keep your data safe and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. 终止 / Termination

你可随时在应用内删除账号(删除不可逆,详见隐私政策第 8 节)。若发生滥用或违反本条款的情形,我们可暂停或终止相关账号。

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (deletion is irreversible — see Privacy Policy §8). We may suspend or terminate an account for abuse or breach of these Terms.

9. 责任限制 / Limitation of liability

在适用法律允许的最大范围内,对于因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的间接、附带或后果性损失,我们不承担责任。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. 条款变更 / Changes

我们可能更新本条款;实质变更会更新本页顶部的生效日期,继续使用即表示接受。

We may update these Terms; material changes will update the effective date at the top of this page, and continued use means you accept them.
